JOB TITLE: Fabrication and Assembly
FULL-TIME and PART TIME: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Flexible Hours)
LOCATION: Menomonee Falls, WI
BENIFITS: PTO, 401K, HRA
JOB DESCRIPTION: Techmaster is hiring an employee for a fabrication and assembly position. Basic math, computer, and mechanical skills are required. Knowledge of reading CAD drawings is a plus. The role involves light lifting with occasional heavy lifting (50+ pounds).
Responsibilities:
- Cut, drill, tap, and machine aluminum profiles and other materials
- Saw/shear wire mesh and sheet plastic materials
- Assemble projects using CAD drawings and bills of material
- Package and palletize completed assemblies and kits
- Utilize computer software to update production records
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments from trucks
- Assemble pneumatic manifold kits
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

JOB DESCRIPTION Techmaster seeks an employee for an outside sales position. The applicant will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, following up with potential leads. Applicant should enjoy learning, have an upbeat personality, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. It is important the applicant have the ability to form quality trusting relationships with customers and vendors by providing excellent service and follow-through.
Applicants with sales experience and or technical knowledge in robotics, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, or aluminum extrusion is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or technical discipline
• Technical knowledge of the industrial automation industry
• Proven technology skills and Industry experience
• Two or more years in sales engineering or consulting
What you will do:
• Learn and understand our suppliers, products, solutions and resources
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain our products & services to customers
• Assess customers application needs to help specify the specific product requirements
• Understand customer needs to provide cost effective solutions
• Secure and renew customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service

• Recommend products by showing how they will lower costs or increase production
• Utilize our supplier resources and our on staff technical support teams

Applicant will process customer orders, work with our professional sales representatives, and respond to customer inquiries. Applicant should enjoy learning, have an upbeat personality, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Basic computer, word processing, e-mail, and internet skills are required. Also the ability to form quality relationships with our customers and vendors based on excellent service, trust, integrity, and follow-through skills.
Applicants with 2 years experience in customer service and a basic technical aptitude is a plus.
