DESTACO has designed its cobot tooling solutions for simplicity and ease of use with off-the-shelf availability via kits that feature all of the end-user selected accessories, along with the hardware and tools needed for installation, reducing the need to consult an application engineer. All of the tooling solutions are compatible with cobots that have an ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 end-of-arm mounting pattern. Blank robot and tool plates are offered for those who wish to use their own mounting patterns.

DESTACO’s Robohand Pneumatic Rotary Actuators (Rotaries) are available in a wide range of models: Shaft or flange output, high or low precision, light-duty to heavy-duty. Some models feature the DirectConnect hole pattern for easy integration with other Robohand products – no adapter plates! DRF Flange Rotaries with DirectConnect offer easy integration with other Robohand products and for applications requiring a precision end stop and zero backlash. DRG Shaft Output Rotaries with DirectConnect for applications where low precision, end-stop positioning and backlash are acceptable. RR light, medium and heavy-duty Rotary Actuators have a flange output and a low profile for tight space applications.
DESTACO’s Robohand Linear Positioning Slides and Thrusters are both externally and internally powered and can be utilized in many industrial settings with a single direction to complex X-Y-Z motion requirements. DESTACO’s new 8800 Series pneumatic link clamp is a great alternative to our standard swing clamps. The clamp arms can be repositioned in the field simply by loosing one fastener and rotating the entire clamping mechanism in 45° increments within the full 360° range.
The patented body design allows for multiple mounting and sensor options. The flange mounting option offers customers greater flexibility to do parallel mounting or corner mounting and each flange height position can be fine-tuned within a range of 17mm [0.67 in] to 26mm [1.02 in], depending on the size of the 8800 series used.
The 8800 Series features multiple sensor tracks allowing for use of both Ø4mm round or 3x6mm slot sensors. It also features a magnetic piston, which when used with the sensors will detect the clamped/ unclamped state.
